2. Advertising & Affiliate Relationships

The Site is supported by advertising and affiliate revenue. We may earn a commission or fee when you click certain links and take an action with a third-party provider, at no additional cost to you. 3. Third-Party Services, Links & Offers

Where a form connects you with insurance providers, you acknowledge your information may be shared with licensed third parties as described in our Privacy Policy, including any applicable TCPA consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureProQuote and its operators, owners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, your reliance on any content, or your interactions with any third party. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
