Privacy policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SecureProQuote (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website (the “Site”). SecureProQuote is operated in and intended for residents of the United States. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Who We Are
SecureProQuote is a free educational resource and digital marketing publisher. We are not a licensed insurance agency, broker, or carrier, and we do not underwrite, issue, sell, or bind insurance policies. We publish informational guides and we earn revenue through advertising and affiliate relationships (see Section 4).
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. If you contact us, subscribe, or submit a form on the Site, we may collect information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, industry, and any details you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical data through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — including your IP address, device and browser type, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, and the dates/times of your visits.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and — importantly — to attribute referrals to our advertising and affiliate partners. When you click a partner or “Get a quote” link, our affiliate network (for example, Impact) may set a cookie so that any resulting purchase is correctly credited to us. We may also use security tools such as Google reCAPTCHA and basic analytics.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you may disable or delete them at any time. Doing so may affect how parts of the Site function. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals at this time.
4. How We Make Money (Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure)
Affiliate disclosure: SecureProQuote participates in affiliate and advertising programs. This means we may earn a commission or fee when you click certain links on the Site and subsequently take an action — such as requesting a quote or purchasing a policy — with a third-party provider, at no additional cost to you.
This compensation supports our free content. It does not change the price you pay, and it does not influence the factual, educational information we publish. See our Advertiser Disclosure for more.
5. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our content;
- respond to your inquiries and provide the information you request;
- measure and attribute traffic, advertising, and affiliate referrals;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Advertising & affiliate partners. When you click a partner link, you are directed to that partner’s website, and our affiliate network records the referral. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the partner’s collection or use of your information once you leave our Site.
- Service providers. We share data with vendors who perform services for us (such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, and security), bound by confidentiality obligations.
- If you submit a request form. Where we offer a form that connects you with insurance providers, the information you submit may be shared with one or more licensed third-party agencies, carriers, or lead networks so they can contact you about the quotes you requested. In that case you also provide TCPA consent as described in Section 7. If we are not operating such a form, this sharing does not occur.
- Legal & safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the public, or us.
- Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
7. TCPA Consent (When You Submit a Form)
If you submit a quote-request form that includes a consent disclosure, you provide your prior express written consent to be contacted by SecureProQuote and/or its partners at the phone number and email you provide — including by automated telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, AI-generated voice, and SMS text message — even if your number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may opt out at any time by following the instructions in any message or by contacting the relevant party directly.
8. Your Choices
- Marketing. You can opt out of our emails using the unsubscribe link. If a third party contacts you after you submitted a form, you must opt out with that party directly.
- Cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser, as described in Section 3.
- Access & deletion. You may request access to or deletion of the information we hold about you by contacting us (Section 12).
9. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (which can include certain cookie-based advertising). We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise any of these rights, or to opt out of cookie-based sharing, contact us at the email in Section 12. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
